Redhill Common
This is where we walk our doggy and something new appeared today! It's a sort of totem pole and beautiful carved bench made out of half a tree trunk. Lovely for looking at the view.
I know, I LOVE that website - it's a mine of information! Did you see they were going to build a prison up there once? There are some square stone markers which we spotted and looked them up and that's what they are marking! Can't believe you didn't know it was there - a nice walk takes in the common and the golf course, though we don't tend to do that until summer :)
Wow, never knew that Redhill Common even existed, that will be our next walk destination!
